Where are the watches assembled?

All our Urban Mods watches are meticulously hand-assembled, to order, directly in our workshop in France. Each part is carefully checked, assembled, and then tested on a chronocomparator to ensure optimal precision before being shipped to you.

What is a "Seiko Mod" watch?

A "Seiko Mod" is a custom-made watch built around an authentic Seiko automatic movement (typically the ultra-reliable NH35 or NH34 GMT calibers). Surrounding this mechanical heart, we select high-end components (case, dial, hands, bracelet) to create a unique timepiece, combining Japanese watchmaking precision with an exclusive design.

What is the manufacturing and delivery time?

Since we operate on a bespoke craftsmanship model, each watch is assembled specially for you. On average, it takes 2 to 3 weeks between the validation of your order and its reception at your home. This timeframe includes ordering your specific parts, manual assembly in our workshop, the testing phase (24 to 48 hours), and secure shipping.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship our timepieces to mainland France, Europe, and internationally. All our shipments are carefully packaged, insured for the watch's value, and delivered against signature for absolute security. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Does my Urban Modding watch come with a warranty?

Absolutely. We take pride in the quality of our assembly. That's why all our watches come with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects and mechanical movement malfunctions (under normal use). The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, broken glass, or improper immersion.
